Soft girl, soft life: self care retreat

A blissful weekend escape to rejuvenate and reconnect

About

"Soft Life" refers to a lifestyle of comfort and relaxation, with minimal challenges or stress. Embracing our softness means finding ways to release whatever external or internal pressures we endure and leaning into moments of peace, tenderness, vulnerability, slow living, and intentionality. It is about prioritizing self-care while thriving in our authenticity.

In today's fast-paced world, womxn often find themselves juggling multiple roles and responsibilities, leaving little time for self-care. The constant demands can lead to burnout, stress, and perhaps a sense of disconnection from oneself. The need for dedicated spaces where womxn can retreat, recharge, and reconnect with their inner selves has never been greater.

The Soft Girl, Soft Life: Self Care Retreat bloomed from this very need—to prioritize releasing stress and engaging in activities that cater to our mind, body, and soul. Founded and hosted by creative entrepreneur Katrina Rojas, this intimate gathering is designed for womxn seeking a blissful weekend escape into rejuvenation.

At the retreat, participants will immerse themselves in a serene environment that fosters healing and growth. Through a carefully curated program of workshops, mindfulness practices, and communal experiences, attendees will explore the importance of self-compassion, emotional well-being, and authentic living. This retreat offers a sanctuary where women can shed societal expectations, embrace their true selves, and cultivate a softer, more intentional way of living.

“This retreat was both an escape and a reset period for me to re-center myself. I was able to take a deep breath and reconsider what is most important to me right now. My biggest takeaway is that the power of sisterhood is unmatched! There is nothing more inspiring than a group of women choosing to honor and protect the softness and tenderness in ourselves and each other in a world that is constantly requiring us to be strong and calloused. The connections I was able to make are some I hope continue to blossom after this.”
